QUALITY POLICY

The company COMMSAL, since its establishment, has worked in the sectors of construction and installation of metal structures (single-family homes and buildings, industrial warehouses and buildings, public equipment and constructions, assembly of enclosures, installations and technical and repair services, doors and small subordinate structures), always offering as a priority argument in its proposal, the seriousness and effectiveness in its response and attention to clients, and has been incorporating, assuming, and improving safety and environmental measures.

The quality of services, timely response and cost, is a shared objective across the entire organisation and is under the direct responsibility of the managing director. COMMSAL's clients, by choosing us, can be assured of finding reliability in response from the first contact to the end.

The objective of our company's policy is to consolidate this reality, always improving the service and attention to the requirements of our clients and those necessary for the intended use, including those of standard 1090 and those imposed by the company itself, and to always comply with legal and regulatory requirements, both in terms of Quality, Safety and Health, as well as the Environment.

One of our main objectives is the Safety and Health of workers, as important as productivity, service quality, and profitability.

Everything possible will be done to reduce accidents and occupational diseases and to improve working conditions. Workers will be properly informed and trained and will participate in everything that affects health and safety at work.

Efforts will be made to minimise and avoid, as far as possible, the environmental impacts of our activities and to involve all individuals within the organisation to ensure this. In all processes of the organisation, priority will be given to measures that have the least possible impact on the environment.

We are committed to maintaining our Management System in the most appropriate way for our organisation and in accordance with established standards, while seeking measures for continuous improvement of its effectiveness.

All the details of the policies, procedures, and practical details are described in the Quality Manual, the Production and Welding Manual, and the Procedures Manual, as well as in their work instructions in a simple and dynamic manner.

This Management controls and confirms all this documentation and will notify all staff of the obligation to follow any instructions arising from this process in order to achieve the highest guarantee of quality, safety, and respect for the environment that we can offer.

Although the coordination and execution of the necessary actions for ensuring Quality is delegated to the Quality Director, the ultimate responsibility for achieving it rests with me, which is why I guarantee the necessary human, technical, and financial resources to achieve this.
